Why Dutchweek Montafon

Only the second edition, so for many Dutch winter sports fans it’s still a real hidden gem to discover!
Silvretta-Montafon is very snow-reliable and offers excellent skiing and snowboarding conditions.
A great flow to the day: music and parties on the mountain, followed by après-ski in Gaschurn and more partying in the evening.
Venues include the Nova Stoba MainStage high on the mountain and Rehsee Stöbli for lunch, sunshine and live entertainment.
The atmosphere is more spacious and a little less large-scale than at some other Dutchweek editions.
Gaschurn and the surrounding area feel more authentic and relaxed, while Dutchweek still brings those festival vibes.
Unique within Dutchweek: your ski pass is also the Festival Ticket. No separate ticket purchase or wristband required, making it especially convenient.

The ski area:

The ski area is easy to reach from the Netherlands, making it a great choice for everyone. The distance from Utrecht to Gaschurn in Montafon (Austria) is approximately 823 km, with an estimated travel time of around 9 hours and 20 minutes. Silvretta Montafon is known for its high snow reliability — 90% of the ski area is above 1,500 metres, providing excellent conditions throughout the season. The ski season usually begins in late November and continues until mid or late April. This makes Silvretta Montafon consistently the first ski area to open in the Montafon region. The area offers plenty of variety and fun for everyone: with 140 km of slopes, 35 lifts and cable cars, numerous beginner slopes, Snowpark Montafon, a Race Area, freeride opportunities and more, every winter sports fan will find something to enjoy!
