Welcome to Dutchweek! These general terms and conditions apply to all winter events organized by or on behalf of Dutchweek B.V., both in the Netherlands and abroad. They describe the agreements between you (the visitor) and Dutchweek B.V. regarding ticket sales, admission, payments, liability, and other provisions.

Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
- **Dutchweek**: Dutchweek B.V., located in Rotterdam.
- **Visitor**: any person who purchases a ticket or attends a Dutchweek event.
- **Event**: any winter event organized by Dutchweek.
- **Ticket**: admission ticket, available exclusively through CM.com.

- **Service Providers**: external parties that provide services on behalf of Dutchweek (such as CM.com, SumUp, travel or hospitality partners).

Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets and attendance at all winter events organized by Dutchweek. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you accept these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Ticket Sales
Tickets are sold exclusively through CM.com. The agreement is concluded once payment has been completed. Dutchweek accepts no responsibility for errors by third parties in the payment or shipment of tickets. The right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets, as this is a fixed-date leisure service.

Article 4 – Payment During Events
Payment during events can only be made via SumUp (debit or credit card). Cash payments are only permitted if explicitly stated at the venue. Dutchweek is not liable for disruptions or errors in electronic payments.

Article 5 – Age and Access
Access to events is generally only permitted to persons aged 18 and over, unless Dutchweek states otherwise. Proof of identity may be requested at the entrance. Tickets are personal and may not be resold without the permission of Dutchweek.

Article 6 – Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
In the event of cancellation, visitors are entitled to a refund of the ticket price via CM.com, excluding service fees. If the event is rescheduled, the ticket remains valid for the new date. Travel, accommodation, and other expenses will not be reimbursed.

Article 7 – Liability
Entering the event site and participating in activities is at your own risk. Dutchweek is only liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence. Indirect damage, consequential damage, and loss of profit are excluded.

Article 8 – Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, including extreme weather conditions, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, or decisions by authorities, Dutchweek may reschedule or cancel the event without liability for damages.

Article 9 – Image and Sound Recording
Photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes during events. By entering the event, you consent to the recording and use of your image without compensation.

Article 10 – Privacy and Data Processing
Dutchweek processes personal data in accordance with its privacy statement, available at www.dutchweek.nl/privacy.

Article 11 – Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
